Update got it to run for a few rev up and it blew smoke out the exhaust bad, then it back fired through carb and died and went back to doing the same thing

It is supposed to be a stock carb! Compression is good! But it is dumping gas into it bad! Coming out the breather tube! And fouling plugs left and right!

Oh haha, easy. your float is either stuck or the needle and seat are bad. When you got this new carb did you take off the bowl?

I took the bowl off yesterday and the float needle seem to be moving freely? The over flow hose on the bowl had gas coming out of it also!
