Warrior 350 chain length

I ordered a 98 link chain for my 98 a warrior and it seems to be way too long. I adjusted it all the way out and it still hangs off of the rear sprocket. Do I need a shorter chain? To my knowledge the bike is all stock.

This is what the chain looks like. It is supposed to be 98 links, do I count the blue links or the silver in the middle? This should be adjust out as far as I can. Thanks for the help

Just cut a couple of links off until you're at the length you need

1 more stupid question then. Does the chain go under or above the bottom roller?

Over. The rollers are there to pinch some slack off as the suspension moves up and down, chain kinda ping pongs between them
