Hey guys could anyone help me out i just adjusted my valve for the intake i set it as 0.06 and the exhuast to 0.16 and thats what i read from the directions i got to adjust the valves but if anyone could help it would be really appreciated thanks.

It sounds like your timing chain needs adjustment! Sounds like my gf moto4 and it was the timing chain adjuster itself was shot could be your problem too!?
 
nope i just checked the timing chain and it was actually pretty tight and it didnt have any slack
