hey im replacing my valve guides in my warrior so i bought some kibble white guides off ebay, i just got them today and the valve wont fit threw them? there a couple thousands to small? did they give me the wrong ones or what?

The guides almost have to be installed at a local machine shop as they are interference fit. The guides are usually machined to the correct size to the valve stem after they are installed in the head.
 
I agree, valve guides are made a little small on purpose. Your local machine shop should install the guides, then hone them to attain the desired valve-to-guide clearance.
