hey all, i need to know the valve ajustment is for the 2003 350x engine? the owners manual dont say nothing the engine has about 70 hours on it now just after the break in, i am going to get a manual but havent yet. ;)

if its the same engine as the warrior 350 then you put the piston at top dead center by takeing the little plastic cap off on the stator side of thge motor and take the time chain cover off then line the T on the flywheel and line the line up and the timeing chain sprocket with the notch on the head then take a feeler gauge and check them by stickng the right size gauge between the tap it and the top of the valve the intak is .06- .07 and exhaust is .16-.20 you know its right when there is a little ressitance on the feeler gauge. good luck

are you sure .16 or .20 that seems a little to loose., my recon used tyo be only .04-.05
