trans issue

hey guys got my bike complete went for ride and when shifting into 5th gear the trans kicks to neutral has anyone had this problem and know how to fix it thanks in advance:argh:

found a complete trans from an 07 raptor pros and cons of just swapping it all out. will it work and are the gears different or the same
