What tools do i need to re jet, install a full exhaust system and change oil ?

Good metric socket set, metric wrenches and some good screwdrivers and a pair o pliers. That oughta do it. BTW, welcome to the site.

All of them.

12mm for the exhaust nuts, philps screw drive for the blow, 2 flat screw drivers 1 small for p jet and 1 mid for mian jet and a 10 or 12mm wrench to remove the carb from the boot
