the two relays

what are they, and what do they do? i think i need both, they are all chewed up and broken.

one is reverse& and the other is the nuetral,if the quad runs fine thier ok,but if youthey are chewed up,make sure you still have good connection.one is light green&and the other is black(should be)

well it still wont start on its own, but if pop started it does fine even with neither of them hooked up. what exactly are they supposed to do??

if it will pop start but not start with the switch the pickup coil on the stator is probably bad.

so anyone know what these reverse and neutral relays do? are they just to turn on the dash lights?
