stock exhaust problem

Does anybody have any ideas on how to get the insert out of the stock exhaust?I have been beatin on it and cussing at it for 3 days,It's clogged up is the reason why i'm doing this.

Just buy an aftermarket slip on. You won't regret it. Even a DG one is a fairly large improvement over the stock exhaust and you can get one on ebay for under $100.

That was my plan til i lost my job,thinking about the o series from DG.
