New to forum. I have a 99 warrior 350 that had a bad frame. so I converted it to a 89 frame that I had gotten from a friend for cheap. Everything had worked just fine befor converting it. After conversion the start button and lights do not work. But I am getting good readings from the switches. Side note i have a 87 warrior that I have been using to test relays and solenoid. Friend has a 97 that I used to test the starter/light switch with (works fine on his). We have gone through the wiring harness and made sure all grounds and every thing is hooked up correctly. Im at a total loss and could desperatly use some help.

Checked it with my spare solenoid same issue I can jump it with a screw driver and starts right up. Fuse is good

One of the ground wires to the rectifier wasnt all the way plugged in
