Spark plug color meaning

So I pulled my spark plug today to see what color it was to see if something needed to be done and it came out like this

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to make it look normal?

Looks pretty good maybe a tad lean but Looks fine

Looks pretty good, If its whitish its lean, if its dark black its too rich. You want it a coffee colored tint.
