Sooo close to finished!

Hey guys whats up, Im new around here and I thought Id show you my project!

Well the motor we took to a professional yesterday and they called today saying that the gears in the transmission are welded together from getting so hot and the case is cracked inside. Kids don't know how to change the oil in machinery, then why have it?
