Rubber things

oK i remember there being a thread on these rubber things on the motor but cant find the thread and u did use the search button....
But do i really need them? cause i was just cleaning my quad ( Cause somone is coming to look at it) and i saw 2 morehad just dropped out and im alreaydm issing a **** load so is that alright?

If your talking about the little rubber things that sit on the fins of your head (lol sounds funny). Yeah you do need them because it keep's the fins from flexing and if they flex they will break and possibly break off far enough to crack the head itself.
