Been looking at the forums and trying to find out how to remove the rocker arm pins, My first attempted was to wrench it up with the bolt, and socket and washer to see if it would come up but didn't. Is the slide hammer a sure thing that it will come undone? or is there any other methods? Thanks.

You do have the head off the engine, right? Just checking. You need to use a slide hammer to be truly effective with it. An m8 bolt threads in the center of them, and you just pull them out. There is an o-ring on the end of each that needs to be replaced.

Yes the head is off, and you mean M6 thread? what is a good slide hammer

It's a bar with what looks like a weight that slides back and forth they use them a lot in body repairs and seal pulling

Been a while since I had mine out... I thought they were m8. M6 just seemed to small. lol
