I built a stroker motor. I used a +4 stroker crank, a wisco, 20 over piston, and a stage 2 hot cam. I put an .080 thousands jug spacer in. The timeing chain was a wisco. It ran for 30 seconds. When I took it apart I found it broke the tooth off the cam that aligns the cam. I have not took it apart to see if it bent valves I was to mad. Does anyone have ideas of what went wrong?

Are you talking about the indexing pin on the cam for aligning the cam gear? Is that a new cam? If so, I'd contact Hotcams. They'll prolly replace it.

Yea the contact pin. Has anyone tried a stroker without using a stroker piston.

It did in my eyes.
Anyways yes people do run stroker cranks without stroker pistons. You put something together wrong and it broke. Take it apart and track down the Origen of the problem.
