Started the quad and no brake pressure, none! Checked fluid reservoir -level good, checked for leaks, wetness on lines - none. Thinking must be stopped up, tried to bleed, no help. Not even a little brake petal resistance ( besides the return spring). Agree blockage?

my splines on axle n hub wore out, took me a bit to finger that 1 out, finally realized ****** rotor wasnt spining, my brakes were fine, they held the rotor but it just spun on axle:argh:

tryed to get new axle, finally just welded hub to axle, i mean what the hell its shot anyway but it works!!! still gotta get new axle, but its a quick fix, and cheap!!! actually you said u got no brake pressure, i forget how mine felt, but its worth a look

Thanks people. Checked the spline/brake hub they are fine. That leaves master cylinder or a stoppage. Master cylinder rebuildable? Kits?
