Raptor 350 Ticking Noise

I would start by pulling the valve covers and check to see what the valve lash is set at
could just be rocker arm noise because of to much lash or the lock nut came loose on the exhaust rocker arm that would explain the power loss cause the valve isn't opening far enough

I agree with Ed, also I'd double check the cam timing just to be sure since that tensioner was loose.
