Does this kit rebuild one whole a-arm or both?

It says a set of 16 so I would think both sides

Yeah, just wondering because I priced a set a few weeks ago and they wanted like 50 some bucks for one a-arm! Mines needed replaced for about a year now so I figure if I can fix both a-arms for like 23 bucks instead of a 100 then I'll definately do it.
