here's your update pic.. got the one stripped bolt out, started to take another out and started to strip it too. could not find the right screw driver, going to have to wait even longer to get it taken care of. I did get my kfx ready to have the motor pulled, just have to undue the swingarm bolt and it'll be ready to tear apart too.

lol thanks guys. figure i'll throw this up for the hell of it, head has already been ported on the warrior, .430 web cam, all that fun jazz. i honestly didn't think i would like such a tall lift cam but when you don't have alot of power you tend to stay in the higher rpms and overall it makes great power even for being such high lift.

here's some more progress, talked to my shock guy today and 99% sure we have something figured out for the front, either way it will be getting something badass up there. Test fit my prm, aswell as my ASR arms( sort of) to test fit the shock body. this is about as far as i got.. Also i'm going to throw up my KFX rebuild in this thread too if you guys don't mind, the two are really going to going right along together, as some of the parts off the kfx will wind up on the warrior.

Kfx is pretty well torn down also. Still need a tool to get the swingarm off.

Damn mang. Precision dampers are the schit! What shocks are you gunna run? Custom cut springs?

Shocks are a secret for now :D it's all going to be custom, my suspension builder is going to whip up something easy to build, reliable, and will work perfect for the warrior. This build is definitely far from dead, but i have been too much of a pansy to get out in the cold and work on the quad. On the plus side, bolt kit, a arm bushings, 2 full sets of kenda kutter 2's, yfz front calipers, and a few other goodies showed up. Looking like once i can get it torn down i can get the frame gussetted and powdercoated, than it'll be onto final assembly. May also be buying a magura hydro clutch setup because why not.

finished taking apart the kfx today

and started on getting the warrior closer to torn down.

and a pile of parts for both quads, mostly all for the warrior.

Started getting stuff together for the kfx.. hit a snag with the spacer pin being too long. oh well.. stuck again!

IMG_20140215_161149999_HDR_zps2576e95c.jpg

fits without the spacer

IMG_20140215_161042012_zps8ca29587.jpg
