I just dont know anymore. Good bore, good rings, **** 90 compression. Only thing next to address is bad valve seat or shitty head gasket loosing compression.
 
if you cant get it running, I might be able to make a trip up yonder next weekend to see what I can do.
 
Well just some more info. When head was off I filled top with brake fluid to check if valves were sticking open or lap was bad. After 24 no fluid was lost. Has brand new hc1, new wiseco std bore, clean bore, new rings, new base gasket. Engine I believe was replaced and im not 100/ sure if flywheel is correct. At tdc all valves are closed. At (F) both valves are slightly open.
