Parking brake adjuster bolt

Can the parking brake adjuster bolt that is in the back of the brake caliper be backer completely out?
My bolt is broke and I wanted to take it out to replace it but it only seems to come out so far.
I do not want to do the block off, just need to know if the bolt will come completely out.

I would just remove the whole parking brake assembly and put a plate on it.

Those things are more trouble than they are good.

You can buy the plate/block pretty cheap.

The previous owner snapped about half of it off, it is just a little longer then where the locking nut is.

That is why I needed to know if it will come completely out, if so I will just get another bolt and put it in.
