Nope, plenty of room for a .390

You won't have to do any clearencing until you get the biggest cams avail. I have to clearence my exhaust valve cover for the 252x1.

and stock valves are fine? I'd like to go all Kibblewhite springs and valves and just might cause this is all going in my blown 02 motor build piston wise I was thinking this kit

thats complete piston kit with all top end gaskets I thought that was pretty good price guess I was wrong?

That's actaully not too badly priced. Wisecos alone go for 105 on ebay. A quality top end gasket kit is 55, so it's right on target. But, if you look around more, you'll find em cheaper. And, get that head ported. It is going to allow you to get the most out of that cam. Or any cam for that matter.

what does porting usually run?

Depends on shop rates, but, from what I've heard, 200-250 is the norm. It also depends on how much porting you need/want. Like my megacycle will need way more porting then that web you bought.

Thats about right, ive got about580, cam, port, valves, and springs.
