Went to start my warrior today... Nothing... had spark... Pulled it and got it started but wouldnt stay running... Pulled stator and flywheel.... Key was sheared... Changed it and had spark for a sec... Pulled stator to change gasket... Then nothing...

Would make weired noises from the starter clutch.... When you pull the flywheel the big gear stays stuck to the flywheel.... It started to shear another key so I gave up... Everything was fine a week ago... Rode it last weekend and parked it... Havent had time to even ride it during the week..

first you gotta get the flywheel off then spray the starter clutch with PB blaster and keep working it with the flywheel until it stays nice and free then throw it back in the motor and try if that don't work then you need another one.
what kind of oil you using?
