noises

so im hearing kinda of a low buzzing/ groaning sound when i step down on the left footpeg (shift side) and when I pick up on the right. Me and my friend stood around it completely stumped trying to figure out what it was. Just put in a new twist throttle and since than it started making these noises and never have before that.

but the only thing im wondering is why would it only make the noise hwen i stand on that footpeg?
