Nickel suphate and nickel chloride

Anyone know what kind of store sells this? I have built my own electro plating rig to copper plate cast lead bullets and want to venture into nickel plating actions and such to make alittle side money... i have everything i need except the sulphate and chloride and would like to find a local place to buy it since it's HAZ-MAT it has a hefty shipping price on it total price of $68 for a 10pount bag and $55 of it is shipping
