I was wondering if anyone else has heard of a new law here in Fl. that says it will now be LEGAL to ride on upaved public roads ?

It was in an article in the Tampa Bay Times ( local paper from Tampa ) odly enough I found this info when the article was ripping ATV's because we have had a few deaths and serious injuries.

The paper is dated Tuesday August 15 , 2006 and the article is called Fatal Fun. its on page 4. If you have access to this paper.

The website article http://www.tbt.com/tampabay/news/article27356.ece

If you have any further info on this new law please let me know about it.

Im sure the tree huggers and all thsoe other anti atv people will find some sort of by-law. I got busted a while back for riding on an unpaved dirt road. They said that the rode was a private road ans I was tresspassing. They will just slam one of those on you, You could take it too cort, but It would probably cost more then the ticket to just get everything Arranged.
I hope its true though, Theirs a bad ass riding spot 2 minutes away that you need to ride on an unpaved rode to get to.
