Hello i have a fitment issue on my nerf bars. i tried to reach out to the ebay seller and he is telling me they are the right ones just bend them to fit. come on now... anyway, they are mounted and freshly powder coated... however i think they sent me the wrong front mount, the strait bar does not work as when i go full left or right with my wheels they hit the bar and lock up. i am open to any sugestions

front mount support:

Yea that doesn't seem like you got the right ones

weld a bar on the frame on either side of where they will meet, once you have them mounted correctly on the pegs. You need to drop them back, dont want that tire touch. thats what I would do.

looks like that is the plan, sucks balls they do not fit

Those spacers are definitely not safe. There is not enough room between the frame and motor under the starter? I can't tell by the pic and don't remember how much space is there.

i am going to weld the tube on the lower frame rail to make these work.. on a side note... Tusk, or the guys at Tusk where a great help! they really went out of their way to try and help me out on this even though i bought them form an Ebay vender who was zero help at all! Tusk even offered to send me new bars! I do not want to do this as i would much rather just do some welding then having to redo the powder work completely.

can someone do me a solid and post pics of their front mount from their nerf bars?

Ive dealt with tusk a lot they go above and beyond to help there customers..

Tusk is awesome, I loved my bars when I had them.

Look in the GBNF (gone but not forgotten) post for Gasman, there is a great pic on how he did his.

wow... Tusk is sending me antoher set of Raptor and warrior bars to try both to see if one mount will work better or be easier to weld/mod to work. I have to tell you, these suckers did not fit when i got them, and somehow i became a Tusk customer for life out of this issue. completely impressed by this company and how they back their products. VERY pleased
