Is the motor suppose to have any play. The reason I ask is because I get alot vibration. I was looking around the engine and I was able to move engine by pushing on the head.very little play. Any suggestion, is this normal?

Check all your motor mounts for any of them cracker or bloken.
Make sure you check the (2) on the top of the frame under the fuel tank also.

The mounts on the head are famous for breaking.

Yes both of my were broke and I had a lot of vibration.

That’s why I told him to make sure he checks the (2) under the gas tank mounted to the upper frame.
I would bet one or both are broke.

Scratch my last post. Just checked and both are broken. Totally missed that upper mount. Is this a easy fix or will the motor have to be removed to replace?

just pull the gas tank and you can remove them both without removing motor
then you can weld them and re enforce them with HD washers(welding the washers at the lower mount hole where they bolt to the head) or buy new or good used ones on ebay

That was actually the very first thing I did to my warrior was put new motor mounts on the head. Ah such good memories
