Alright I split my case tonight cause im exspecting the crank to come in tomorrow, all I need to know is, do you have to clock or time the crank balancer??.... Anything I need to know about install the crank kit??? ALSO IS there a gasket in between the 2 cases? or do I need to yamaBond it?? Ive got the complete gasket set comming also, so Just let me know ....THANKS!!!

I'm pretty sure you gotta get the crank and balancer put back together in time if it's going to run right, or at all, without self destructing, read the manual.

There is no gasket between the cases, just yamabond

ebay....or local yamaha shop.......maybe some one on here. There is also an online one but I prefer the book, its good to have by you when wrenchin.

thanks for that manual, also Ive almost got the motor back together, just waiting on my timming chain to get here today so I can finish it up.!! I also did the oil cooler mod while it was all apart, pretty easy!! thanks!
