modding the stock carb?

Is there any way to get more power out of your stock carb?(other than jetting)
Like,can you take the butterfly flap out to make more power?

stock warrior carbs are a pain in the ass!

There's pretty much nothing you can do as far as I know. You can't remove the butterfly because there's a giant gap between the slide and body when it's completely closed, and you can't remove the slide for obvious reasons.

What you could try is increasing the tension in the spring the holds the little white thing that pushes the accel pump plunger, that will let you use a stronger spring on the plunger, helping it to keep from getting stuck and it might just give you some extra throttle response.
