Missing and poping

These are the symptoms im having at WOT:
Missing and poping

My needle clip is set to the center position and my mixture screw is set 2 turns out. My only mods are a GYTR slip on. No air box mods.

Any suggestions on:

1)main jet size
2)Needle clip position
3)mixture screw setting

what part of the rev range?

You should have a 147.5 main jet in there if you have a warrior, that is the common jet for just a pipe and filter. It sounds like you are lean, which won't allow you to rev up into the top end. Don't run it anymore until you fix the problem. As for pilot jets you will probably need to go up one size from stock.

basically what box said.....i just wanted to know where in the range it poped. that can tell a lot, but basically go up on your jets.

mine was doing that too. i took my motor apart and found that the lobes on my cam were not like they're supposed to be. i also had a blown base gasket but i don't think that had anything to do with it. so it could be your cam.
