What you guys think about this blaster. Needs rings and a bore. Kid ran it with no oil. It's a 06 model and wants 400

The transmission makes a whirring sound when moving normal? or should I put some more oil in the case.might be because it sat for 2 years ?

yeah I would go another quarter turn out because when you rev it, it should idle back down quickly instead of the long time it takes yours
