Where did you order your megacycle cam? I went to their website but i didnt see an order form or anything. I think I'm getting the .395 or the .410 which would you guys recomend? would the .395 have more low end than the .410 and how much more top end would the .410 have than the .395? I ride alot of trails so I want alot of torque.

252-x1 .450" 276° 106° 32 btc/64 abc .006"
.450" 276" 106° 64 bbc/32 atc .006"
Must modify valve cover for exhaust lift.
Fast TT, enduro racing Mid-range and top-end power
Must use vernier cam sprocket to adjust power band.
Must use #101-Y spring kit. OK with stock piston.



252-x2 .415" 246° 106° 17 btc/49 abc .010"
.395" 245° 106.5° 49 bbc/16 atc .010"
OK with stock piston. MUST use 101-Y valve springs or equivalent.
Best all-around cam for mid-range power.




Stock .380" 232° 108° Stock Yamaha 250 TT/XT cam.
.382" 233° 108° Stock Yamaha warrior YFM, BW 350 cam.



I got the 252X1 cam, the 252X2 cam is the .415/ .395
 
whats interesting is that the stock valve lift that they quote is wrong.. it's .341" not .381"
The 252x2 is a torque grind cam shaft, it will give you that for sure.
add a wiseco or je high compression piston and it will really help the bottom end.
 
do i have to order the cam directly through megacycle or is there a dealer who sells them?
