kx 80 or 85?

well guys my friend just gave me his little kx dirtbike, i rode it back in summer its fun as hell, but right now it isn't running...... i think it may have a blown engine not sure. there isn't any oil leakin outta the exhaust that i know of, but the kickstart is pretty easy to push down, i cleaned the carb and airfilter. any advice??? oh yah i was wanting to put 125cc 4 stroke wheels and tires on it to make it sit a little higher, what affects would that have on it?

if the kickstart is easy the rings may be bad or the piston, or valve stuck open, that would cause a lack of compression making it kickover easy. If the weeks are taller you may have to regear to keep the same power and it will rais the center of gravity.

A think a kx is a two stroke , putting in a 125cc 4 stroke motor would just make it slower

he said put 4 stroke wheels and tires on it........

as long as they fit it would be better then those small wheels

the bigger tires would make your top speed go up but the bottom end would go away
