So I install a new stator, clutch and a few other minor things today. Put everything together now it's 180 degrees out of time, how does that happen? And do I just take the cam sprocket off and put it in time?

yeah I figured it out. Timing wasn't off in the first place, damn old parking brake wires grounded out. I'm the type of person that gets pissed first and thinks second. Once I sat back and thought of everything I had just done to it I just went back over things and found those wires. Crazy how they don't let the quad rev up. I can't believe the difference in pull/power it has now with the new clutch and steel mod, and new chain and sprocket. I used to have to high rev and pop the clutch to pull the front end up and now I iust crack first gear and up she comes, and can pull second gear up with alittle tug. Its a completely different quad now and I love it!!!
