Ieed help adjusting lonestar swing arm

I cant figure out how to a just my lonestarswing arm

You just need to loosen the two pinch bolts and turn the carrier using the holes next to the sprocket. Turn it either forward or backward, to loosen or tighten.

Do i need a special tool and if so where can i get one

You should just be able to put a HEAVY DUTY screw driver in it.
