hey guys i have a stock 02 warrior and would like to get a few more horsepower out of it what do you guys suggest

high compression piston 10.5:1, and if you want you could go with the 85mm 366cc big bore.
you could cam it too, but that requires valve spring kit if you don't use a hotcams

Read some of the tutorials and look at some of the rebuilds. Id start buy getting an exhaust and aftermarket filter to begin with. Gotta re-jet the carb with those mods too.

pipe it .. fmf, hmf, white bros e seris are to most common pipes people use

k&n filter oem replacement or mod quad filter adapter or pro flow or uni

jet it <<pretty much usless without a high flow filter as mentioned above>> usally with a pipe and filter upgrade you just need to "fatten up" the main jet go with a 147.5 or 150 ..also you can up the pilot jet as well one or two sizes < not a most but doesnt hurt> your local atv shop should sell individual jets .. just buy the next 2 sizes up on each (pilot and main)...stock main is 142.5 stock pilot is 42 i believe....if your shop doesnt have them ..google it or www.jetsrus.com <is a good place to find em

another thing u can do is change your sprocket/s .does add horsepower but helps alot with speed/power...

. a bigger front will give up more speed
smaller will give you more torque

i run a 15 tooth in the front and stock <40> in the rear ad love it .. but it a personal choice for everyone

thanx alot guys im not much of a mechanic when it comes to atvs i work at a body shop so i usually tend to the looks more than performance but i can do about whatever you like with a honda civic .............but i just found a guy near me who does motor work on atvs i am planning on ordering full exaust kit and air filter but i also want to bore it over what do you guys suggest as far as how much i should bore over and what pistons i should get and so forth

je or wiseco but the piston wont do much if you dont get a good cam and you cant get a good cam unless you get good valve springs
if you can work on a civic you can easily do work on these quads

thanx bro yea im starting to figure that out ................do you know of a website i can order cams and valve springs

Piston: JE or Wiseco..........go with a .20 or .40 over-bore, 10.5:1 or stock compression and you can still run pump gas
Cam: Hotcam, webcam, powroll, megacycle........you'll be happiest with a .390 or comparable setup
Cam Chain: DID or factory oem
Springs: Kibblewhite, Versha, Trinity.......get HD springs, ask if it is not specified, OEM tension is to light.
Gaskets: Cometic or Versha.......these kits will lower your deck height slightly which will add to your HP gains

(all those are major companies, Google them and get there websites, or ebay for parts, if buying used, look for low hour parts)

The bore and hone should be done by a specialist, call around locally and look for a specialized engine builder or ATV mechanic shop. If you can afford it, get a P&P done as well or at least get the head cleaned/blasted.

You might want to also think about adding a oil cooler (big bear or clutch cover mod) and a new clutch or add a plate

{{{Damn I'm good, I just built a bad ass 350 engine in about 5 mins :cool:}}}

thanx for all the help guys ..........one more question tho what should i do about re jettin my carb

so you guys think i should just leave the pilot the way it is or should i change it also

Im not really sure but im running a aftermarket pipe K&N Airfilter no air box lid and a 150 main jet and stock pilot let and it runs good
