Hanging high idle problem, Starts and runs mint except at idle. When I rev the engine the idle hangs high and I have to screw the idle screw to get it to come down. tried two separate carbs ( zoom zoom & a K & H)and have the exact same problem. Figured it was an air leak, put on new OEM intake manifold and o-rings. Still same problem. Sprayed carb cleaner around intake, carb, and cylinder/head while running, no air leak found. Carbs are brand new, no clogged jets or passages. Throttle cable is adjusted correctly with free play.
