Well after the machine shop messed up on my jug I got another one today and had it done. Got it going tonight and seems to be running very well. I did notice the power seemed a bit flat up on top so would going from stock bore to a 366 make me lean? I'm wondering if I need to up the main a bit. My mods are 366 with JE piston alot of head porting, full exhaust, hotcam stage 1, KB dual valve springs, 400ex intake boot with Uni open filter and an FCR 37 carb. I was running with a 165 main with all the mods except the 366 piston and jug and it was pretty good. I'm guessing I need to up the main so would a 168 or 170 be too much?

I would try raising the needle 1 notch
or try a half size at a time on the main jet
or try a half size at a time on the main jet

you cannot run pump gas with the je just so ya know.
and why is that? It's 10.5.1 compression
