the $389 ones have the chromaly heims and the plate under the shock mount
the $350 ones have the cheap style heims and no plate under the shock mount

it is worth the extra $40 to get the ones with chromaly heims stronger and will last longer

Also, if I remember correctly one uses a sealed style joint vs the heim is obviously not sealed.

There both heims I have the cheaper set i didnt want the plate on the bottom so I didnt feel like paying extra for the chromoly..
