What size is that gigantic nut that holds on the front sprocket? The biggest socket I have is 30 mm and the nut is a bit bigger. I'm thinking maybe 32 or 34 mm. If anyone can help I'd be grateful.

i'm sure it is metric, but i think that i used 1-1/4"

if you convert that 1.25x25.4 = 31.75

Its a 32mm but I couldnt find one so I bought a 1 1/4 which is a little tighter than a 32 and fit no problem. To loose is bad for high torque bolts but a little tight is better so from now on Im using the 1 1/4 socket since it fits tighter. I usually dont use non metric stuff on my quad but this is an example where its a good idea.

Was it a 12 point or 6 point??? I used the 32mm and it was snug as a marine in a vietnamese hooker. Check to ensure your sprocket nut isn't getting rounded, might need to be replaced.
