Im currently in the process of installing the Hotrods Stroker crank, rod, piston, and cam in my bike and I cannot seem to get this damn flywheel off. Im using a standard puller and im not looking forward at buying a special yamaha one..

Anyone have any tips?

Take your now apart motor to the dealer and ask them to zip it off. If you good, they might not charge you.. If they do, it should only be 10 to 15 bucks.

If you keep trying with the standard puller, you will damage your flywheel for sure....!

yup don't try to hard with a standard puller you will bend the crank or wreak the flywheel. Take it to your local shop and have it done.. Make sure and put the bolt back in the flywheel otherwise it will mushroom.
