That doesn't look to bad. Now just need to find the pegs and guards.
 
Make a post looking for pegs and heel guards in the parts wanted section. I'm sure some one has bought aftermarket pieces and have the old ones laying around. You'll get your best deal on parts on there. Good luck Red.
 
What do you call the plastic part that connect from the rear fender to where I put my foot, which I believe is called the heel guard?

I know i do but for now its does surprisingly well for what it is. Its hard to get +2 arms with it being an 87 im almost tempted to just make my own and make a custom stem also.
 
T5 has one arm, if you look close you can see he has the clutch and front brake on the throttle side
