Fan questions :)

Hey guys I'm building a cooling fan setup in tech class but I do have a question, do I want to put the fans on the frame rail in front of the motor blowing on the head or do I want to mount it directly over the oil cooler blowing onto it???

Kinda depends on how big the fan is and how many cfm it is. I ran one blowing on the motor for a while. That's helps greatly

is it better to mount the fan on the back of the cooler pulling air through it or on top pushing air through it?

Well it's two fans I mounted together in tech class I was supposed to repurpose parts from a computer so I took two cooling fans out of Mac desktops and made brackets to fit them together and wired them to a harness and toggle switch
