That's alright, my sister worked for the welfare office in New Orleans...She said they'd come rolling up in Escalades, Yukons, BMW's, etc...Sound systems shaking the building... Roll to the coke machine, pull a roll of $100's as big as your wrist out of their pocket, dig thru to $1, get a drink... Then go get in line to collect their welfare and food stamps...
