MY raptor was running good.I put new wiseco piston, all gaskets, brand new stator, coil, and regulator/rectifier.Ran good then today I went to go out riding and it idled fine then started sputtering a little and then I hit the throttle and it died.It will start up but dies when I press the throttle and won't idle for long.Could the screws for the stator and pick up maybe have came loose and this maybe cause it?OR something else? Was a brand new plug too.

I checked the parking brake but I don't think thats it.I don't think the clutch sensor would do that though?

oh those clutch and pbrake safety switches will def. cause it to do exactly what your talking about. I just adjusted valves and one of those switches went bad and I spent a week trying to figure it out. turned out it was clutch safety switch!!! just unplug it and see.
