has anyone ever used or know anything about this dial a jet thing??

I have one and it works pretty good. The biggest improvement was in throttle response and the fact that you dont have to rejet for every place you ride if there at different elevations.

thanks matt..will it compensate for a high flow air filter and a pipe??

Yes it will compensate for mods. Thats why i got it so i didnt have to constatnly rejet. all you have to do is adjust the dial on top of the dial a jet box and it will add more or less air and fuel.

It is very easy to install. All you have to do is put a small hole in you intake tube right next to the carburator, they provide a tool to make the hole the right diameter. This is where the dial a jet itself is put Then you have to remove the screw from the bottom of the float bowl of the carb and put in the provided hollow screw. Attach the hose from the screw in the float bowl to the dial a jet and you done. And i would also reccomend the snorkel kit they sell to keep water and dirt out of you engine.
