Crf50 clone or not

Ive had this idea of buying a crf50 and making it street legal as a moped. Once i started to look at the price of lights and lifting it so i could be seen by other drivers it would not be worth it to me. Then i decided to search cl for 50s that have already be converted. I have only found one of my liking. Im not sure if its really a Honda it looks fake to me. What do you think clone or not?

i wouldnt buy it IMO, they are not the best quality. the front shock seals look to be bad. but i wouldnt pay more than 500 for it. if you really, really wanted it.
