Hello all,

I'm new on this forum, need your help concerning carb issue.

I have buy warrior '93 don't working since few years. Afeter cleaning carb i have found that main washer baffle plate (plastic ring) are loose on main jet. Is it normal this baffle is loose on the bowl carb ?

Thanks

There is no need for that piece like hammy said

Ok this is unneccesary, but is it normal that it is loose on the main jet ?!

It is just slid on the end of the main jet. Nothing holds it on without the bowl in place. If it's a little loose, it wont hurt anything.

It's not a , ittle loose, it's loose like this part was not suppose to be there!!

I will remove it! Can this cause erratic performance of ATV?

You'll be fine without it. There shouldn't be any noticeable difference.

Give us an idea on how it's running when you say it's 'erratic', fluctuating at idle? High or low idle? dieing out, or something in high rpm, etc.. We might be able to give you an idea of what it could be
