Carb Fuel/ Vent Routing

My carb has a leak coming from somewhere. At first it seems like it is coming out of the bottom line. I'm guessing it got disconnected from somewhere. Where do the three lines go to that come off the carb? The Top I believe is a vent, the middle is the fuel in, what is the bottom one?

the bottom one is the drain for your bowl, theres a screw that closes the valve where the tube hooks up to the carb. tightening it closes the valve. hope that helps.

If its draining from the bowl I wanna say that there is to much fuel in the bowl. Which means that your floats are off a little from were they should be. To fix it just takes a simple readjust ment of the float height. but try lucasislight's idea first.
